Hi, I’m Sonya — and I’m here to help you feel at home in your body again.

I’m a Canadian-trained physiotherapist and women’s health coach with over a decade of experience helping women feel at home in their bodies again.

My background spans pelvic health, orthopaedics, neuroscience, psychology, and pain management — knowledge I bring together to create personalized and holistic care. Because the body doesn’t work in isolation, neither should your plan.
